Situation: The vineyard is located on the river Tarn slopes. The ground is gravelly and poor, it is appropriate for the red wines.
Cepages:Duras, type of vine dominating, gives at the same time color, frame and smoothness. Braucol, at the same time gives a wine coloured, charnu and rustic, with an absolutely original flavour, standard blackcurrant, raspberry. Syrah brings frame and a beautiful aromatic complexity. Grape variety: Duras, Syrah and Braucol
Soils: Poor gravels and thick clay soils, these deep soils protect the vines from the dryness. They confer colour and plenitude to the wines.
Wine making: Traditional: long cuvaison from 12 to 18 days.
Tasting: Wrap dark colour ruby. Blackberry nose with a spiced point. Stop of a perfect balance, the structure is full and molten. The end of mouth is long and intense.
