AOC Gaillac dry red wine 2005
Grape variety: Duras, Syrah and Braucol
Soils: Poor gravels and thick clay soils, these deep soils protect the vines from the dryness. They confer colour and plenitude to the wines.
Wine making: Traditional: long cuvaison from 12 to 18 days.
Tasting: Wrap dark colour ruby. Blackberry nose with a spiced point. Stop of a perfect balance, the structure is full and molten. The end of mouth is long and intense.
Been useful confined, this wine is ideal on red meats, legs like on cheeses.
Alcohol: 12%
Cold stabilized
Bottle: 75 cl Bordeaux green heavy bottle. Cork 43 x 24 with plastic cap
