We buy used rail year around with large quantity for our own factory in China, with final products exported. But with the first time client, we wish to buy 5000-6000 MT for the first time as a start. And with the following business, we will enlarge our order (we will place 30,000MT order on next .) We require non-operative PB 2% first, with our L/C to activate PB. If we can agree on these, we would like to start our business with your company. WE intend to buy used rail 30,000x12month. We require non-operative PB 2% first , then we will issue L/C to activate PB. If we can agree on this, we would like to further our discussion about this business. We are very serious buyer. Hope we can get things worked out to have pleasant cooperations. (We prefer Used Rail of Russia and Romania standard. If it is from other areas, please provide product's chemical composition.)
