As the name suggests this oil is just bursting with exotic spizes which I've carefully chosen and combined to infuse into the oil. For me this oil is wonderful as a base for cooking curries and some stir fries. It goes well with most asian dishes. You could also use it as a marinade on meat or seafood prior to cooking.
