B & Z Plastic Industry Sdn. Bhd. came into inception in December 1993, starting its operations in Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. The company was formed by two enterprising entrepreneurs, Dato Dr. Zahrah A. Kadir, Managing Director and Dr. Bajuri Kadmin, Executive Director. B & Z initial involvement in plastic material product started with the manufacturing of uPVC Rain Gutter, fittings and downpipe system which was marketed under the brand name "Monsoon".
