Rigid mounted couplings are hydraulic quick couplings that may be demounted and mounted under counter-pressure in hydraulic applications and fluid transfers. They are designed in a way that may be demounted and mounted by single hand.
They are used in tractors Massey Ferguson: 3384874M4 (3000 series), Gold Series and Fiat: 5152 185 (80 & 90 series).
- Material:
High quality carbon steel or stainless steel
- Size range:
1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1.1/2", 1.1/4" and 2"
- Threads:
They may be manufactured custom-made in male threads :(18mm x 1,5mm), (20mm x 1,5mm), (22mm x 1,5), Female Pass BSPP, NPTF and UNF standard threads or in special passes
- Seal:
Nitrile O-ring seals with PTFE back up rings are used throughout as per international standards. In addition, Silicon rubber or Viton seals can be fitted on request. We also use Teflon backup rings in our couplings.
