Shanghai Shangde (Group) CO.,Ltd is a large scale private-owned enterprise,registered capital RMB52million. It was founded in Haerbin in1990, moved to Shanghai in 1998. It has 1500 ㎡ European style office building, 8000 ㎡ modernized steel structure warehouse and more than 1600 ㎡ other building in Shanghai. It has seven subsidiary company, a holding enterprise and has shares in several leading machine parts manufacturers.
Both domestic and oversea markets are in our business. As to oversea market, we are specialized in supplying steel materials, alloy wheels, OEM machine parts. At present, we have already established good partner relations with the local merchant for more than 30 countries and regions. Export takes one third of our total interest. Sales are RMB50million in 2005, RMB160 million in 2006 and over RMB160million in 2007.
