Our parent company is located in Taiwan – Tai Electronics Co. Ltd. – and was incorporated in October 1980 and established with the approval of the Government Agency. It is located at No 1, Lane 2, Ho Ai Street, with a registered capital of NT$2,000,000 and with just five employees.
Since that time, the company has been operating in domestic and export business by promoting our products. In April 1984, the company relocated to new factory at No 7, Lane 201, Nankann Road, Sec. 2, Lu-Jwu, Toayuan and our ctapital was increased to NT$15,000,000 for developing and increasing market share with greater capacity and efficiency.
Due to the expansion of the company’s business, Ta-I Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in January 1990 with registered capital of NT$37,500,000. Ta-I Technology Co. Ltd is the first ever Taiwanese company which manufacture Flat Chip Resistor and Chip Network in Taiwan. In March of 1990, Tai Electronics Co. Ltd. Invested NT$60,000,000 in Malaysia to set up Tai Ohm Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd
Mr Lin Tai San is the Managing Director for Tai Ohm Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd. He also the Managing Director for Tai Electronics Co. Ltd and the Director for Ta-I Technology Co. Ltd Mr Lin has more than 20 years experience, specializing in the making resistors. Since our establishement in March 1990, we have been operating in both the domestic and export markets. Tai Ohm has imported a series of the most advanced machinery to produce premium grade resistor in order to capture higher market share by increasing customer confidence with our product quality and services. Our company also focuses on providing continuous training to employees in order to achieve ‘The Parallel Improvement of Quality and Quantity’. In March of 1993, due to the rapid growth of our business and market requirement, a new plant in Shenzhen, China was founded with a registered capital of NT$1,500,000.
