we are seeking a manufacturer of a swivel seat platform that allows elderly or disabled people to exit a car easily. the product must be able to rotate with the weight of a person's body on top of it (maximum load would be 130 kg).the material on bottom of the 2 connected plates (only the top swivels) would be non slip.the top plate would be covered with a dark grey/blue material.
